*There is an option for students to complete an “Independent Study Driver Improvement Program.” This is the option that students under 18 years of age are NOT allowed to complete. However, as long as there is a live teacher via a Zoom Class, students under 18 CAN participate in the Zoom option.

Option # 1
Live Virtual Class
via Zoom
Course Fee : $80.00
- Live virtual class via Zoom
- Approximately 2 hours long
- No In Person Requirement
- MVA Forms in your student account
- Pay in full when you register
- Under 18 ARE ALLOWED to participate
- You MUST have a device with a camera, microphone and speakers
- You MUST upload your Photo ID to your Premier account prior to the class
The dates and times are listed below. Register for the date and time that meets your needs. A zoom link will be provided to join the zoom class at the designated time.
Option # 2
Independent Study
with a Zoom Test
Course Fee : $80.00
- Read the course material at your own pace on your own time
- Take the Test Online via Zoom
- Pay the fee at the time of registration
- Under 18 are NOT ALLOWED to participate
- You MUST have a device with a camera, microphone and speakers
- You MUST upload your Photo ID to your Premier account prior to the class

Additional Program Details:
- Full Refunds Granted Upon Request
- "Orientation Details" are located in your student account.
- The Zoom link will be located in your online account in the "Courses" tab.
- MVA requires that your camera is turned on during the entire class or test.
- Premier will notify MVA electronically within 24 hours that a client has successfully completed the program.
- The client's suspension or reinstatement is NOT immediate.
- MVA must update the driving record.
